Zippity zap zipper

I was putting my sunglasses in its cover to save it from being ripped into zillions of pieces by 8 month old Dipu, the cherubic child who was accompanying his mother in delhi bound train.It was then that it clicked me...the beauty of the symmetry of the ZIPPER! yup...you read it right zipper.....may be I had way too much free time and for a change my mind was free from the cobwebs of the past..but whatever it was I was truly amazed at how each tiny orange teeth of the zipper entwined into each other and enclosed everything safely into its womb!!!!!
 So I was curious and did an research on zipper found out that it was invented by Gideon Sundback,though he didn't name it so.He simply called it clasp locker . The name `zipper` was named by by Goodreich, a name most of us are familiar with but not in connection with the zipper. It was initially used for sealing tobacco pouches and rubber boots or galoshes.Today zipper has taken over the world like the way we could have never imagined!!!!! The word `zip` is used in phrases like zip your lip.In fact Equire wrote at length about zipper fly and declared that among its many virtues were the prevention of unintentional and embarrassing dis ray!!!!
Dipu continues to be restless and he is on the verge of tearing the laptop now!!!! So I am now going to go offline and pack my lappie into my bag and seal it with the o-so-powerful.....zipper!!!!!!!

Lazy night..........

Always wanted to write........even as a child my ma n pa were proud of the fact that i was the studious types....the one who would take a notebook and pen wherever their little darling went.......the habit continues till date.even when i am sitting idle ,i realise that i actually ,involuntarily pick up a pen and write, scribble .. doodle....then my tech savvy brother told me about blogging and i happened to see the blog of one Mr Bhasi from bangalore.....that was when i decided i gotta blog !!!!!! but then the usual mundane life got better of me and the wish to write a blog receded  at some corner of my teeny weeny mind.then i came to jaiselmere and on a really lazy sunday i created this...a bigger canvas......with splash of colours....colours which reflect me,in all my avtaars....so happy blogging
